This two bedroomed flat was internally demolished and rebuilt. A new kitchen and two new bathrooms were installed and bespoke cupboards were built in both bedrooms. The electrics and central heating system were upgraded, timber floors were laid throughout and the flat was extensively decorated. The property was rented within weeks.
